Verification of Enrollment
Verification of enrollment requests can be submitted by e-mailing the Registrar at aaquirin@baptisthealthsystem.com Please provide your name and Social Security number and allow 24 hours for requests to be completed. State whether you need the request sent out or if it will be picked up. Verifications to be picked up will be held for up to 30 calendar days before being considered void.
